Aaron Garcia, from On the Spot HVAC is everything you want in a HVAC service technician. Not only did he service our air conditioning system thoroughly and professionally, but he also took the time to educate us along the way. Aaron has the heart of a teacher. He patiently explained what he was doing, certain repairs that may be necessary in the future and the needed maintenance  as well as how the maintenance would help our system perform better and last longer.

The whole process was grea from the start where they came in and were very nice (and not pushy) gave us a fair quote. Then when it was time to do the work, they did a great job. They were respectful. They kept thr house clean. Highly recommend this company.

I called these guys as I had signed up for their annual $180 A/C maintenance program which hadn’t begun yet.  My A/C stopped cooling so I called them. They gave me a 9:30-10:30 am window which was awesome.  Ok so I call when he doesn’t show…”oh he’s on his way” I’m told. 30 mins later I call. She tells me he’s out front. I go there’s nobody there. So I call her back “oh out he’s at another house “.  Now she says she has another in my area finishing up. Just down the street. An hour later still no one. So I cancelled these guys (and the annual maintenance) and called Baker Bros. They were here within 30 mins of my call. Fixed my problem for their base fee of $59.  I can’t bring myself to do business with people who just won’t do what they say they’re going to when they say they’re going to do it. I’ve asked for a full refund on the annual maintenance contract. I’ll update on whether or not it’s refunded.
